About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Kochs GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our master data in our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Quality and Governance: Ensure the quality of our master data and perform regular data audits to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement processes and guidelines for data management and governance.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and optimize our data management processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various departments to coordinate and align data requirements and ensure effective communication.
  • Reporting and Insights: Create reports and provide insights to stakeholders on data quality and governance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management and governance.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes and data management principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in IT systems and software.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, and a passion for data management and governance.
