Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Train Driver (d/m/w) Class A to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating diesel-powered locomotives in our rail network, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods and passengers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate diesel-powered locomotives in our rail network, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of locomotives and rail infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient rail operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest rail industry developments and technologies.
• Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Requirements

• Valid Train Driver Class A certification, obtained through a recognized training program.
• Practical experience with diesel-powered locomotives and rail operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, as required.
