Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefits Specialist to join our Central Finance team at Delivery Hero. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies to enhance overall well-being, security, and engagement of employees.
  • Act as a consultant for global benefits queries and manage the global benefits portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage health, retirement, wellness, and other benefit programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits administration.
  • Design and implement executive benefits programs to support the company's talent strategy and market standards.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing benefit programs.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of payroll and taxation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
