Content Manager, Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our Organic Search Team, you will play a crucial role in creating and optimizing engaging content for our various platforms.
Key Responsibilities- You will develop and implement effective content strategies across different channels, including newsletters, push notifications, and website content.
- You will create high-quality, informative content on finance-related topics, such as savings products, investment behavior, economy, and markets.
- You will measure the effectiveness of content using defined key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
- You will collaborate with external agencies, edit and revise texts, and work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- You will be responsible for conceiving, executing, and publishing interviews with industry-relevant personalities, showcasing your exceptional storytelling skills.
- You hold a degree in journalism, media/communication sciences, economics, or a comparable field of study, and have at least 2 years of experience in journalistic, editorial, or marketing roles.
- You possess strong SEO knowledge and can think creatively about how to reach diverse audiences.
- You have a passion for financial topics and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a dynamic team.
We offer a competitive salary of €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on your experience, plus a range of benefits:
