RLE Engineering & Services GmbH is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor supplier performance through systematic evaluations
  • Initiate and implement corrective measures in collaboration with suppliers
  • Conduct risk assessments during the supplier selection and development process
  • Drive continuous quality enhancements in partnership with suppliers
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Generate and analyze quality reports
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer with expertise in supplier management and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with quality management standards such as ISO/TS 16949 and VDA 6.3
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and Six Sigma techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Proficient in both German and English
