As a Nursing Practice Instructor at FRESENIUS HELIOS HOSPITALS, you will play a crucial role in fostering the development of nursing apprentices through effective practical training.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate in the facilitation of hands-on training at our healthcare facilities.
- Ensure compliance with required training hours for apprentices and maintain thorough documentation.
- Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff on the wards during practical training sessions.
- Organize and engage in practical training activities, performance evaluations, and assessments.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of practical days and projects for apprentices, actively participating in patient care during training exercises.
- Oversee and guide interns in the recruitment of apprentices and the mentorship of volunteers in social services.
- Assist with administrative tasks in collaboration with the central practice instructor.
- Possession of a state license as a Health Care Professional with recognized advanced training as a Practice Instructor.
- Demonstrated professional and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and with a sense of responsibility.
