Job Description

We're seeking a passionate Recipe Developer with a keen business sense to join our diverse team at our Düsseldorf office. As a Recipe Developer, you'll play a crucial role in creating recipes and meal solutions that cater to our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of our customers and their meal preferences.
• Continuously create new recipes that meet the price, quality, and health needs of an average German family.
• Utilize the full potential of our Picnic assortment to drive category management and recipe creation.
• Ensure that recipe photography, presentation, and descriptions in our app are visually appealing and clear.

Requirements

• You hold a BSc degree in a food-related or commercial field, or equivalent professional experience.
• You have 2-4 years of professional experience in a commercial environment and a proven track record in recipe development.
• You're well-versed in using data to improve recipe development and have a deep understanding of the German market's food expectations.
• You're fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues.
