About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Robotics QA Release Engineer to join our team at Magazino. As a Robotics QA Release Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our robot fleet software releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a release rollout plan with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide valuable insights into our development work.
  • Continuously monitor new releases, creating statistical performance evaluations and clustering error cases to identify and fix issues.
  • Prioritize our bug backlog, organize testing, and lead improvements through our backport process.
  • Develop scripts and tools to automate and assist in the release process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in robotics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
  • At least one year of experience in a hands-on mobile robotics project.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to discover patterns in software behavior and make them visible through number-crunching and effective communication.
  • Knowledge of ROS, Linux, and at least one programming language (ideally Python or C++).
