About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Psychologist (m/w/d) to join our interdisciplinary team at Asklepios Klinik Weißenfels. As a key member of our team, you will provide supportive care to patients and their families in the geriatric and oncology departments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and cognitive tests to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Provide therapy and counseling services to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field
- Postgraduate training in Psychosocial Oncology and/or Geriatric Psychiatry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
