Ihre Aufgaben
  • Wir suchen einen engagierten und freundlichen Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d), der Kunden begrüßt und einen professionellen Empfang sicherstellt.
  • Der Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) ist für die Weiterleitung von Kunden an die entsprechenden Abteilungen oder Mitarbeiter verantwortlich.
  • Der Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) beantwortet Telefonanrufe und Weiterleitung von Nachrichten an die entsprechenden Ansprechpartner.
  • Der Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) beantwortet Kundenanfragen in Bezug auf Bankprodukte, -dienstleistungen und -verfahren.
  • Der Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) ist für die Terminplanung und -verwaltung für Kundenberater und andere Mitarbeiter verantwortlich.
  • Der Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) unterstützt bei der Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben, wie z. B. der Verwaltung von Dokumenten und Formularen.
  • Der Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) sichert die Sauberkeit und das ordnungsgemäße Erscheinungsbild des Empfangsbereichs.
Ihr Profil
  • Der idealer Kandidat (m/w/d) verfügt über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Der idealer Kandidat (m/w/d) hat Erfahrung im Kundenservice.
  • Der idealer Kandidat (m/w/d) verfügt über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.
  • Der idealer Kandidat (m/w/d) zeigt ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten.
  • Der idealer Kandidat (m/w/d) ist in der Lage, Kundenanfragen effizient zu bearbeiten und Probleme zu lösen.
  • Der idealer Kandidat (m/w/d) verfügt über Organisationstalent und ist in der Lage, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen.
  • Der idealer Kandidat (m/w/d) verfügt über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Der idealer Kandidat (m/w/d) ist diskret im Umgang mit sensiblen Kundendaten.
