About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Working Student - Data Analytics and Science. The successful candidate will assist in national and international projects, supporting the analysis of complex requirements and the conception, revision, and implementation of statistical models, algorithms, and machine learning methods.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis of complex requirements from both IT and business perspectives
  • Support the conception, revision, and implementation of statistical models, algorithms, and machine learning methods
  • Integrate external data sources and prepare data for analysis
  • Collaborate with key-users, business departments, and IT departments on an international level
  • Participate in workshops with business and IT experts
  • Design, develop, and test data visualizations in Power BI

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in programming languages such as R or Python is beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases is beneficial
  • Analytical skills to solve complex problems, with a focus on statistical methods and machine learning
  • Basic knowledge in agile project management and a customer-focused mindset
  • Good communication skills, advanced in German and English
  • Eager to learn and willing to work in an ambitious IT team with international business partners

  • Remuneration: 15.50 € per hour
