Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Data Engineer (m/w/d) für unser Business-Intelligence-Team. Als Teil unseres agilen und crossfunktionalen Teams wirst du bei der Bereitstellung und Visualisierung von Daten für das Nachhaltigkeitsreporting unterstützen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Analyse von Geschäftsabläufen und Unterstützung bei der Bereitstellung von standardisierten oder individuellen Reporting Lösungen für diverse Stakeholder (Vorstand, Kundenservice, Vertrieb, BaFin etc.) auf Basis modernster Technologien, Methoden und Standards
  • Gestaltung von Planungs- und Erfassungsmasken für das Nachhaltigkeitsreporting und Sicherstellung einer nutzerfreundlichen und effizienten Anwendung
  • Betrieb und technische Weiterentwicklung der Reportinganwendung für das Nachhaltigkeitsreporting
  • Optimierung und Entwicklung von Datenmodellen sowie ETL-Pipelines
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Studienabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Expertise in der Anwendungsentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt Datenanalyse und Reporting, sowie fortgeschrittene Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse- und Reportingtools wie IBM Cognos, IBM Planning Analytics, Power BI oder Looker
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Datenarchitektur, Date Warehousing, Datenmodellierung und Reporting
  • Kenntnisse in Datenbankmanagementsystemen, vorzugsweise DB2, oder Data-Warehousing-Lösungen wie Google Cloud Big Query
  • Erfahrungen mit BI-Architekturen sowie der Entwicklung von BI-Lösungen in der Cloud (insbesondere GCP)
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien wie KI und Cloud
  • Erfahrung in agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban
  • Lernbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit dienstleistungsorientiertem Denken und Handeln, sowie analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
