Head of Talent Acquisition

At Flink, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. As Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy, managing our acquisition budget, and working closely with our Marketing team to optimize our hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent
- Manage our acquisition budget and optimize our hiring process to ensure efficient deployment of resources
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to leverage data-driven insights and drive business growth
- Design and optimize our workforce lifecycle communication to support our acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation efforts
- Leverage data skills to manage trade-offs between acquisition and retention spending, and between internal and external workforce choices
- Conduct experiments with workforce incentivization to change behavior and maximize workforce performance
- Drive insights into our workforce experience and understand churn drivers to prioritize retention efforts
- Work in collaboration with Product to establish our Tech roadmap
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, growth incentives in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at once and prioritize effectively
- Analytical mindset, ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin
- Marketing experience running successful marketing campaigns with knowledge across the full marketing mix of channels is a plus
