Drive Innovation in MEMS Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge MEMS technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovative technology developments for complex products, including scheduling and customer interface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Development: Develop and implement new technologies and processes for the manufacturing of micromechanical products, including wafer processes and technical evaluations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of experts to achieve development goals, utilizing a combination of intensive collaboration, personal responsibility, and independence.
  • Process Development: Develop and optimize wafer processes for the manufacturing of micromechanical products, including hands-on work in the clean room and laboratory.
  • Technical Evaluation: Evaluate the feasibility of new processes and technologies, including technical and economic assessments.
  • Interface Management: Coordinate internal interfaces in development and manufacturing, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Research and Development: Collaborate with research institutes for basic development and manage quality assessments and process releases.
Requirements
  • Personality: Self-initiated, assertive, creative, team player, goal-oriented.
  • Working Practice: Systematic, decisive, able to work under pressure.
  • Experience and Know-How: Several years of professional relevant experience or PhD, very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics, and semiconductor technology required; knowledge of relevant analytical methods beneficial; excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships.
  • Language: Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences, or a comparable qualification.
