Lead Consultant in Business Analytics & Management (m/f/d)

Working closely with our colleagues from the SAP & Finance Transformation Solution Line, you will partner with clients to modernize business processes and implement them within IT systems. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring our clients successfully navigate their digital transformation journeys.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise to strategically advance the SAP & Finance Transformation sector, here’s how you can contribute:

  • As a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Business Analytics & Management, you will design and implement integrated solutions for corporate governance, considering both business and IT-specific perspectives.
  • You will develop business and technological strategies and concepts for integrated corporate governance in the areas of management control and business analytics.
  • Additionally, you will oversee the creation or redesign of management control landscapes and information systems.
  • You will execute developed concepts using business analytics tools, advanced analytical methods, data warehousing, and ERP solutions.
  • You will support the establishment of IT-specific solutions for consolidation, planning, forecasting, corporate management reporting, advanced analytics, big data, information management, or digitalization.
  • Responsibilities also include SAP Group Reporting, Corporate Performance Management (systems and processes), and other reporting-related tasks.
  • Assisting in the acquisition of new projects and taking on project and team leadership roles will round out your responsibilities.
Your Profile
  • To become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Business Analytics & Management, you should possess a degree in business administration, (business) informatics, natural sciences, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • You should have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or an internal consulting department.
  • Ideally, you have some project management or leadership experience and knowledge of organizational structures in the management control environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP BW, HANA, ABAP, and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
  • You should have experience supporting relevant processes with business analytics tools or MS Office applications.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, along with a willingness to travel to advise our clients on-site, will complete your qualifications.
