SAP Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technology Specialist to join our team at SoCura. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration, analysis, and support of various SAP systems, including ERP, HCM, and BW/BP, both on-premise and in the cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the migration of our current SAP system landscape to the SAP Cloud and the implementation of SAP BTP.
- Act as the technical point of contact for SAP-related projects and provide support to colleagues from the application teams on SAP technology topics.
- Coordinate tasks within the SAP lifecycle management framework.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
- Provide interface functions and escalation management to manufacturers and service management.
- Support and coordinate topics related to SAP frontends and output management.
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or economics.
- Several years of experience in complex IT, rollout, organizational, or ITSM projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management processes and methods (planning, environment analysis, stakeholder management, risk management, change management, project control), preferably in PRINCE2.
- Excellent knowledge of process analysis using tools such as BPMN.
- Fundamental knowledge of ITIL V3 service processes, at least Foundation Level.
- Strong team and communication skills, as well as a high service mentality and customer orientation.
- Leadership experience in a technical field.
- High social and leadership competence, assertiveness, and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking, excellent conceptual skills, and a structured, result-oriented way of working.
- English skills in writing and speaking are desirable.
