We're seeking an experienced full-stack developer to join our team and take on technical leadership responsibilities. This role will involve conceiving, designing, and implementing new features in both backend and frontend, as well as developing new ideas and solution concepts. You'll work closely with our development team and be the primary point of contact for technical issues with our partner, OPEN MIND.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new features in both backend and frontend
  • Develop new ideas and solution concepts, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Lead a multi-member development team, providing technical guidance and support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues with OPEN MIND
Your Profile
  • Completed studies or training in computer science, application development, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of backend development with C++, Java, and/or Python
  • Experience in web development with JavaScript and TypeScript-based frameworks
  • Initial contact with cloud technologies is an advantage
  • Fluency in German and English
