Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Inhouse Consultant to join our team as a Global Trade and Sales Expert. As a key member of our Group IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with business stakeholders to understand their trade and sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
- Support and manage international roll-in and improvement projects for SAP GTS/SD modules, including prioritization, tracking, and escalation.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to coordinate project activities and ensure successful project delivery.
- Actively participate in all phases of projects, including requirement specification, business process mapping, design, customization, configuration, and testing.
- Cover 3rd-level support for SAP GTS/SD modules as an internal process specialist.
- Responsible for documentation and knowledge transfer to other parties in all phases of the project.
Requirements
- Successful completion of studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Excellent understanding of business processes within Global Trade Services (GTS) and Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an SAP Consultant with a focus on SAP GTS/SD.
- Interest in innovative technologies.
- Proactive and structured approach to work, solution-oriented, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills for working in international teams.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
- Programming skills are an advantage.
