Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Leadership Development &Academy Europe to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and perfecting our leadership evaluation standards and training system at all levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Leadership Training Programs
    • Design and develop training programs to enhance leadership skills and competencies
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions
  • Evaluate and Improve Training Effectiveness
    • Assess the impact of training programs on leadership development and business outcomes
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance training effectiveness
  • Manage Training Operations
    • Coordinate training logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
    • Ensure timely and effective delivery of training programs
  • Develop and Maintain Training Materials
    • Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
    • Ensure training materials are engaging, informative, and relevant to the target audience
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
    • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver high-quality training programs

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in industrial or organizational psychology, economics, social sciences, organizational development, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership development, training, and organizational development
    • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
