Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering commissioning and training services on-site or remotely. You will work closely with Riedel teams and customers to organize and prepare for onsite services, including content and materials needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver commissioning and training services on-site or remotely
  • Work with Riedel teams and customers to organize onsite services
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Pre-Sales teams to create Scope of Work statement documents
  • Ensure pre-commissioning documentation is up-to-date and coordinated
  • Ensure post-commissioning documentation is complete and handed over to Customer Service teams
  • Contribute to the Customer Success team to collect and share knowledge of products, industry standards, and best practices
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant market field, ideally in broadcast and entertainment Audio/Video
  • Mobility and willingness to travel
  • Experience in broadcast production workflow and knowledge of new digital media standards
  • Experience in understanding network architecture and deployment is a plus
  • University studies or equivalent trainee program in Information Technology, electrical engineering, or communications engineering
  • Passion for communication and troubleshooting
  • Self-organized and capable of self-education on new technologies
  • Team player with a fit personality and basic setting of an international, medium-sized company
  • English speaking is a must (other languages are a plus)
