• Monitor cardboard cuts for quality defects and ensure compliance with production standards.
• Operate and maintain technical equipment/machinery while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Load the coverer, cardboard erector according to production schedules and bills of materials, ensuring efficient production processes.
• Verify product quality in accordance with established process cards and quality control measures.
• Prepare equipment, clean, and operate machines to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
• Inspect adhesive joints and take corrective action if values deviate from specifications.
• Perform special tasks related to the above duties as required.

Requirements:

• Technical understanding and analytical skills to work independently.
• Flexibility to work in a 3-shift model and weekend shifts, with a focus on adaptability and teamwork.
• Act responsibly and cost-consciously in all aspects of the job.
