**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team at BIRKENSTOCK. As a key member of our division, you will be responsible for executing our global content strategy and campaigns, ensuring digital content aligns with our brand, engages our audience, and supports business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that supports our brand and business objectives, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and publish high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Manage and optimize our content management system (CMS) to ensure efficient content creation, publication, and distribution.
  • Work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute content marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to inform future content strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality content creation and distribution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital strategy.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, content management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
