Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematical Researcher to join our team at Universität Bielefeld. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting scientific research within the subproject A6 "Zeta functions of integral quiver representations". This is a full-time/part-time position (75%) with a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scientific research within subproject A6 "Zeta functions of integral quiver representations" (85%)
Participate in joint research projects and discussions in the project A6, and assist in planning and organizing project-oriented events, e.g., workshops (5%)
Contribute to the main topics of discussion and research in the CRC TRR (5%)
Assist in planning and organizing CRC TRR events (5%)

Requirements:
Scientific university degree (e.g., master or diploma) in mathematics
PhD in Mathematics, preferably in Algebra, Number Theory, or Geometry, completed or about to complete
Very good oral and written English skills
Independent, dedicated, and self-reliant style of work
Cooperative and team-oriented way of working
German skills or readiness and ability to learn it in the course of the first year (CEFR-Level A2 Niveau)
