Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Sales Consultant to join our team in Greece. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing expert fashion advice, and curating personalized outfits for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone and email consultations
  • Provide expert fashion advice and guidance to customers, taking into account their style preferences and budget
  • Curate and present personalized outfits to customers, showcasing your knowledge and sense of fashion
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Monitor and track sales KPIs, driving sales growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge or work experience in sales, preferably in men's fashion
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English, with basic German skills
