Our dedicated team comprises 40 skilled professionals across various departments including production, logistics, quality assurance, laboratory, and administration. We utilize an internal application to keep all employees informed about schedules, updates, and key production metrics.

We are currently seeking a Production Associate (m/f/d) focused on Assembly, Inspection, and Visual Quality Control.

This position is offered on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preparatory activities for production at the electroplating facility, which includes assembling and disassembling plastic components for surface treatment preparation.
• Conduct visual inspections of components to identify defects based on established criteria and document defect characteristics electronically.
• Package components for distribution.
• Generate and monitor quotes for production.

Desired Attributes:

• Ability to remain flexible and maintain focus even in high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to work in a two or three-shift schedule.
• Strong motivation and a positive attitude towards work.

Qualifications:

• Self-sufficient and diligent worker. Previous experience in production roles is advantageous, but we welcome career changers who are eager to contribute to the production process. Comprehensive training will be provided.
