Job Description

As a Senior Controller at Linde Engineering, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and planning across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the financial forecasting, planning, and reporting process for Linde Engineering Headquarters, including annual cost center and hourly rates planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Collaborate with discipline heads and business units to provide financial guidance and support
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Enhance financial reporting and planning processes, tools, and standards to drive business growth and efficiency
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Controller in a controlling/accounting/finance department of an internationally operating company
  • Fluent in English language (written and spoken) and knowledge of German language is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in MS Office, Power Query/Pivot/BI, Tableau/SAC, VBA, and SAP applications (BI, S4, GR) is an advantage
