Customer Success Specialist

Metallit GmbH is seeking a driven and results-oriented Customer Success Specialist for Existing Clients (B2B) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring their continued satisfaction. You will work independently and collaboratively with our sales team to achieve shared success.
Your Responsibilities:- Proactively manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, building lasting partnerships and understanding their evolving needs.
- Independently negotiate and follow up on offers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Collaborate closely with the external sales team to support customer growth initiatives and provide valuable insights into client preferences.
- A passion for sales and a proven track record of success in client-facing roles.
- Hands-on experience interacting with clients and a willingness to learn about our diverse product offerings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic IT applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A highly independent, organized, and responsible work ethic.
