We are seeking a highly skilled Bauinspektor/in to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. As a Bauinspektor/in, you will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating construction projects to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.

• Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with contract specifications and local building codes.
• Evaluate the quality of construction work and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project completion.
• Conduct final guarantee inspections and correct deficiencies as needed.

• Meister Diploma or Staatlich geprüfter Techniker in a trades or crafts field directly related to the position.
• 1 year of job-related experience as defined below.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a military motor vehicle operator's license.
• Valid driver's license class B.
• Office automation skills.
• English Language Proficiency level B1 and German Language Proficiency level C1.
