We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming invoices, verifying their appropriateness, and ensuring compliance with our company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming invoices and verify their accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with company requirements and policies
  • Support ad-hoc tasks related to financial accounting
  • Organize and maintain company documents

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a university within the field of Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or Finance
  • At least 12 months of study remaining
  • Previous working experience in Finance
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP skills desirable
  • Business fluent in English and German language; additional language skills a plus
