About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Animal Health Sales Representative to join our team in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our animal health solutions to customers in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key account management and customer service
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our animal health solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the animal health industry, with a strong understanding of biosafety and animal health principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
