Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Development & Relationship Management Group in Frankfurt as a Relationship Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various functions to service clients across different entity types, supporting business development objectives, and maintaining client relationships.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing centralized coordination of client services, including account maintenance, ad-hoc requests, and prospect reporting.
  • Preparing and presenting client and prospect presentation materials, briefing books, and collateral materials.
  • Participating in internal and external meetings, conference calls, and client review meetings.
  • Acting as a point of contact for various groups within client organizations and coordinating key client communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong academic background, ideally with progress towards a professional qualification (e.g. CFA/CAIA).
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills, with fluency in German required.
  • A solid understanding of capital markets and/or investment products, preferably gained within the Investment Management industry.
  • Experience of working with institutional clients and consultants would be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a small team.
