About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at I. K. Hofmann GmbH. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting quality management measures in our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize internal processes and workflows to continuously improve the quality of healthcare services
• Conduct internal audits and training sessions, and provide support in implementing legal and professional guidelines
• Collaborate with local teams and provide guidance to stakeholders
• Foster communication between departments and employees regarding quality-related matters

Requirements:

• Completed education as a healthcare professional (e.g., nurse, caregiver, or healthcare assistant)
• Completed training in quality management (minimum 140 hours) or as a healthcare service manager (minimum 460 hours)
• Motivation, engagement, and enthusiasm for actively contributing to the development of our healthcare facilities
• Extensive experience in a full-time position as a healthcare professional
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office programs
