About GetYourGuide

GetYourGuide is a leading marketplace for unique travel experiences. As a Content Designer, you will work on high-impact areas of our user-facing products, collaborating with various mission teams to provide content design support and define our content strategy across Search & Discovery, landing pages, and in-activity content.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a user-centered perspective on your product area and advocate for user needs in a collaborative environment.
  • Write and iterate on UX copy, information hierarchy, and interaction flows for web and mobile platforms.
  • Contribute to UX research and testing, working with engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Apply user insights from data and qualitative research to inform your writing and UX decisions.
  • Contribute to tone-of-voice and writing guidelines to drive consistency in our products and user experience.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate alignment and explain your UX writing rationale.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with end-to-end UX writing in a start-up, SMB, or large company with a digital offering.
  • Problem-solving mindset, focusing on outcomes and applying user feedback or multivariate testing tools to validate UX copy.
  • Familiarity with UX writing for multiple platforms, including mobile and desktop.
  • Ability to present UX writing solutions and articulate the decision rationale behind them.
