As a Corporate Financial Services Expert, you will leverage your expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management to deliver high-impact audits that drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audit engagements for Siemens Bank, including annual audits and project accompanying audits across various topics.
  • Support pre-audit planning and perform thorough analyses to identify key risks facing the organization.
  • Take ownership of audit topics within your area of expertise, carrying out comprehensive audit programs and controls to address identified risks.
  • Independently drive assurance objectives, define conclusions, and recommend areas for improvement to inspire change in the organization.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify root causes of observations and apply a digital mindset to drive digitalization in the audit environment.
  • Act as Scrum Master for audits and present results to senior management.
Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a financial services function or a risk management/compliance/finance organization within Siemens or a regulated financial institution.
  • Profound knowledge in one of the following financial services areas: underwriting/portfolio monitoring, financial services regulations/regulatory requirements, compliance/AML/CFT.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/Banking/Finance.
  • Confident communication skills in proficient English, with a preference for candidates with international experience.
  • Strong project management expertise in complex global organizations, including analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills.
