Deutsche Börse Group is seeking an AI Governance Specialist to strengthen its position as a leader in creating the marketplace of the future and executing on its AI ambitions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ethical, responsible, and compliant development and deployment of AI systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the organization's AI governance framework, including risk classification, inventory management, and internal governance structures.
- Analyze regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance with AI regulations, collaborating with external advisors as needed.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI systems, preventing them from falling into the unacceptable risk category.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of AI systems and their use cases, developing and operating processes for inventory upkeep.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, contribute to internal governance task forces, and communicate effectively about AI governance initiatives.
- Provide input on AI strategy and conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in AI governance processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in governance, risk management, or compliance, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning principles, and ethical considerations related to AI development.
- Knowledge of relevant AI regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act).
- Communication skills for being able to explain technical and ethical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proactive and solution-oriented way of working, ability to work independently.
