Job Title: Accountant Soparfi

Fundamentals SA is seeking a highly skilled Accountant Soparfi to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert accounting and financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of companies, overseeing all financial transactions, including accounting records, cashbook entries, expenses, and payroll record keeping.
  • Analyze legal documentation, such as sales or purchase agreements, loan agreements, and other financial contracts.
  • Prepare annual accounts according to Luxembourg GAAP, tax returns, periodic and annual VAT returns, and regulatory returns.
  • Handle inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, as well as address internal accounting-related issues.
  • Work with various clients, reporting on their needs and demands.
  • Assist with other accounting projects to improve the efficiency of our accounting processes.
  • Stay informed of accounting, regulatory, tax, and legal changes that impact the job role and advise management on necessary actions.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a fiduciary.
  • Familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive and initiative-driven.
  • Organized and methodical approach.
  • Effective task prioritization and workload management.
