Job Summary

As a Facilities Coordinator at Aptean, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office in Krefeld. This part-time position requires 20 hours of work per week and is ideal for someone who is highly organized and has excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them as necessary to ensure prompt response times.
  • Oversee the management of mail, including sorting and distributing important documents.
  • Maintain a well-stocked office by managing supplies, ordering, and purchasing.
  • Ensure the office and teams are equipped with necessary resources, including coffee machines, waste management, and other amenities.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support the IT department by coordinating shipments of IT equipment and registering mobile phones.
  • Arrange travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, flights, and parking tickets.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, such as lunches and dinners.
  • Serve as a coordinator for company emergency services.
  • Demonstrate excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
