Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Domain Lead Finanzen, der unsere Finanz- und Controlling-Strategie weiterentwickelt und umsetzt. Als Experte in Finanzen und HR wird er unsere IT-Strategie in diesen Bereichen entwickeln und umsetzen.

Hauptraufgaben
  • Entwickeln Sie gemeinsam mit der IT-Leitung die IT-strategische Ausrichtung in den Bereichen Finanzen und Controlling, HR sowie in unserem neu geschaffenen Bereich Investor Services und setzen Sie diese in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich um.
  • Begleiten Sie die Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen und setzen Sie sich für innovative und nachhaltige Lösungen ein.
  • Kooperieren Sie mit Stakeholdern in einem internationalen Umfeld und setzen Sie sich für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanz- und Controlling-Strategie ein.
  • Führen Sie Ihre Teams an und entwickeln Sie sie weiter, um den Erfolg zu fördern und zu feiern.
  • Entwickeln Sie eine proaktive Personalstrategie, um die wachsenden Anforderungen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich zu unterstützen.
  • Verantworten Sie den Betrieb der bestehenden Plattformen und deren Weiterentwicklung, sowie die Einführung neuer Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Fachbereich.
  • Verantworten Sie aktiv Ihr Budget und identifizieren Sie Potentiale zur Kostenreduktion in einem globalen Kontext.
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes IT-orientiertes Studium mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung und zielgerichteten Entwicklung von Teams.
  • Externes Know-how in SAP-Strukturen und Erfahrung in SAP-Rollouts und -Prozessen.
  • Gründliches Verständnis der Handelsbranche ist ein Muss.
  • Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement sowie Kenntnisse über agile und klassische Projektmanagementmethoden sind für diese Position essentiell.
  • Hohe Gestaltungsmotivation und ein Talent für die Organisation und Koordinierung von parallel laufenden Projekten.
  • Blick für Details um lokale sowie internationale Gesetzesanforderungen konform umzusetzen.
  • Sicheres fachliches und sprachliches Auftreten, insbesondere in der Kommunikation mit Entscheidungsträgern und dem Management.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis der gesamten unternehmerischen Wertschöpfungskette und des geschäftlichen Umfelds.
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation.
