Beschreibung der Rolle

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Kommunikationsexpertin, die unsere Strategie in der Corporate Communications erfolgreich umsetzen kann.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Kommunikationsstrategien für die Konzernstrategie über alle internen und externen Kanäle hinweg.
  • Kommunikative Betreuung der Strategie, einschließlich der Beantwortung von Medienanfragen und der Begleitung von internen Strategieformaten und Events.
  • Erarbeitung der langfristigen Kommunikationsplanung für die Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand, den Fachsegmenten und den Kommunikationsverantwortlichen.
  • Prüfung und Freigabe der produzierten Assets und Implementierung von QS-Prozessen für die Strategie.
  • Mitwirkung an der Vorbereitung der Produkte zur Pflichtkommunikation (Quartalskommunikation).
  • Weiterentwicklung und Qualifizierung der eigenen Skills in der inhaltlichen Vertiefung und im Umgang mit digitalen Tools.
  • Themenradar und Innovationstreiber sein.
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Journalistik, Germanistik, Marketing, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Praxiserfahrung in Corporate- oder Agenturumfeldern bzw. im Journalismus in der Rolle als Kommunikationsexpertin, bevorzugt mit Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche.
  • Bestehendes Journalisten-Netzwerk.
  • Hervorragende redaktionelle Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
