Key Responsibilities
- Manage releases across the enterprise and various portfolios, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- Own risk management and issue resolution, prioritizing quality and schedule.
- Measure and monitor quality, reporting regularly on releases and tests.
- Coordinate cross-tribe testing, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Develop guidelines for test system setup and coordinate related cross-tribe implementations.
- Design and maintain tools for testing software on various platforms.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Information Systems Operations, with several years of experience.
- Proven release, test, and/or project management experience.
- Good understanding of test frameworks and technical requirements.
- Leadership skills, guiding testers to achieve goals.
- High-quality standards, aligning and safeguarding Quality Assurance within Tipico.
- Organization skills, coordinating cross-functional work teams.
- Proficiency in tooling around Software Development Processes (Jenkins, Microservices).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; German is a plus.
