At Highsnobiety, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, casting, and contracting talent for all campaigns, including activations, events, seedings, video, and photo productions, primarily with an EU focus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Continuously expanding the reach of our current database of influencers to stay on the pulse and add new, fresh talent globally.
  • Providing insights and feasibility for production, creative, sales, and project management teams during the full campaign life cycle.
  • Supporting the team with all talent needs from start to finish as the main point of contact internally and externally.
  • Leading negotiations with talent management to secure the best rates, ensuring all projects are delivered within budget.
  • Owning and creating talent agreements and contracts, with clearly defined scope of work, usage, and ask for each talent/campaign.
  • Overseeing EU seeding campaigns.
  • Tracking talent campaign performance and reporting on key metrics.
  • Creating talent recap reports on the wins and key learnings of each month to present internally.
  • Maintaining clear, consistent communication and contact with global talent team members.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in talent and influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of what Highsnobiety represents and the ability to stay plugged in to current and upcoming trends in all major fields relevant to our world.
  • A built-in contact list for talent in our audience.
  • Strong understanding of usage and pricing specific to types of projects and talent.
  • Understanding of the digital media landscape and how content is published and distributed.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, team player, highly motivated, and passionate.
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking.
  • Capable of acting as a HS brand ambassador.
  • A proven track record in fast-paced environments.
