Your Area of Work

As an Information Security Risk Management Assistant at Deutsche Börse AG, you will be part of the Information Risk Management team. This team is responsible for protecting information assets by enforcing information security controls based on regulatory requirements and international standards. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the team in planning, execution, and monitoring of the Information Risk Management process, drafting, reviewing, and evaluating documents, operating and maintaining Information Risk Management tools, and assisting leadership with analytical, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will support the team in identifying, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting information risks.
  • You will draft, review, and evaluate documents such as standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • You will operate and maintain Information Risk Management tools like risk registers.
  • You will assist leadership with a range of analytical, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • You will independently track, monitor, and administer project activities.

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar field and have completed at least two semesters.
  • You have a strong interest in Cyber Security, particularly in understanding the balanced protection of confidentiality, integrity, and availability in terms of effective and efficient risk management systems.
  • You are a team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office, and prior experience with VBA or Python is an asset.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, and German is an asset.
