Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Portfolio Assistant to join our team at TÜV SÜD Akademie GmbH. As a key member of our global business line, you will be responsible for providing support to countries in using local, cross-regional, or global products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact person for all international inquiries
  • Support global product planning and go-to-market
  • Document management of product-related documents
  • Support business line manager and team in data collection
  • Organization of meetings and events

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical and/or economic field or similar qualification
  • Experience in the area of management systems (e.g. quality management) ideally
  • English (min. C1) and German (min. B2), written and spoken
  • Customer-oriented way of working and hands-on mentality
  • Intercultural skills, team player, and excellent networker
  • Structured way of working, service-oriented personality, and good understanding of key figures
