About the Role

SAP is seeking a talented Business Processes Associate Consultant to join our global UX Design Team as a UX Designer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evolving our solution to the next design level, focusing on user experience along the product lifecycle while utilizing AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other designers to create user-centric and AI-powered solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Guide product direction from a design perspective and contribute to the SAP design system.
  • Participate in all phases of the design-led-development process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing.
  • Engage with end-users and customers to understand their needs and collaborate on concepts for new functionality.
  • Demonstrate and validate main user flows in interactive prototypes and run fast learning cycles to improve these concepts.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and research findings to different audiences, including engineers, managers, and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
  • Experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Good understanding of user research methods, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience conducting usability testing and applying feedback to design iterations.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices in creating inclusive designs.
  • Skills in UX Engineering, UX Research, and UX Writing are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP UX Design Guidelines would be an advantage.
