Product Management Opportunity

We are building Europe's leading energy software platform, Heartbeat, at 1KOMMA5°. Our platform connects photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations to increase the profitability of these systems for our customers. We offer a one-stop-shop for selling, installing, and optimizing energy system solutions, enabling our customers to decarbonize their homes, mobility, and lives. Our mission is to revolutionize the global energy sector by identifying and delivering relevant energy services to our customers in every market we operate in.

Your Role

As a member of our Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in pioneering services for international markets. You will accelerate the energy transition, drive key initiatives for 1KOMMA5°, and optimize and automate processes. You will also master communication, both internally and externally, including with end customers.

Requirements
  • You have completed your studies and/or are in a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's, with at least 6 months of availability.
  • You are a motivated individual with a strong interest in innovation and a desire to drive change.
  • Relevant experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in Product/Project Management, Tech, Process Optimization, or related areas, is a plus.
  • Excellent language skills in English and German (C1/C2) and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • You are detail-oriented, able to oversee multiple projects, and manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • You are a problem solver who can adapt to changing environments and a team player who enjoys collaborative environments.
