SAP ABAP and Fiori Consultant for Corporate Systems

About the Role
Bruker is a leading provider of high-performance scientific instruments and high-value analytical and diagnostic solutions. We enable scientists to make breakthrough discoveries and develop new applications that improve the quality of human life.
As a SAP ABAP and Fiori Developer, you will play a key role in leading our corporation to the next generation SAP ERP system: S/4HANA. You will be responsible for implementing innovative SAP ABAP and Fiori solutions in the SAP environment, leveraging new technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, and cloud/multi-cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical concepts and solution proposals considering user requirements and current technical trends
- Takeover of interface programming (IDoc, BAPI, ALE, SOAP, REST) as well as maintaining interfaces to non-SAP systems
- Participation in ensuring the system operation of the global support team as well as in the optimization of existing applications
- Responsibility for the analysis, conception, implementation, and testing of SAP development tasks in a hybrid SAP system landscape (SAP S/4HANA ERP, SAP GTS, SAP BW, SAP Frontend Gateway System, SAP HCM)
- Transformation of customer programs into SAP Fiori-based solutions
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or comparable qualification
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development with SAP ABAP in an international operating industry
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development with SAP Fiori
- Profound knowledge in ABAP OO, ABAP for Hana, Core Data Services, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, OData
- Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Development, SAP Gateway, SAP Cloud Platform is an advantage
- Know-How in the SAP ECC environment
- Ability to visualize complex issues and system landscapes
- Strong social and communication skills
- Excellent English and German language skills
