About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at SoCura. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data integration processes for our Business Intelligence Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our future data strategy and participate in the Business Intelligence Competence Center (BICC) at SoCura.
  • Translate business requirements into efficient and effective IT solutions and business processes.
  • Provide expert advice and support to our customers and key users throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Analyze and evaluate customer requirements and issues.
  • Develop IT fine concepts, test case determinations, and test plans, as well as cut-over and go-live planning.
  • Independently implement customer requirements and programming tasks, including functional testing or defining programming specifications for external realization.
  • Lead projects or sub-projects.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in (business) informatics or economics.
  • Several years of experience in complex IT, rollout, organizational, or ITSM projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management processes and methods (planning, environment analysis, stakeholder management, risk management, change management, project control), preferably in PRINCE2.
  • Excellent knowledge of process analysis using tools such as BPMN.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL V3 service processes, at least Foundation Level.
  • Strong team and communication skills, as well as a high service mentality and customer orientation.
  • Professional leadership experience.
  • High social and leadership competence, assertiveness, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking, excellent conceptual skills, and a structured, result-oriented way of working.
  • Willingness to conduct customer meetings and frequent business trips.
  • Class B driving license.
  • English skills in writing and speaking are desirable.
