We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at TriTec Pro, a leading provider of HR services. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial goals
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or CMA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
