Assistant Store Manager

Wir suchen eine geeignete Person für die Vollzeitstelle des Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) in unserer Filiale in Dortmund.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung des Filialleiters bei der effizienten Erledigung des Tagesgeschäfts der Filiale und dem Erreichen der Geschäftsziele.
  • Verkauf von Dr. Martens Produkten und Sicherstellung einer erstklassigen Kundenbetreuung.
  • Unterstützung des Filialleiters bei der Umsetzung und Förderung eines anspruchsvollen Kundenservices in der Filiale.
  • Schulungen, Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung des Filialteams.
  • Unterstützung des Filialleiters bei der Sicherstellung einer sicheren und geschützten Arbeitsumgebung.
  • In Abwesenheit des Filialleiters die Öffnung und Schließung der Filiale und die vollständige Verantwortung für das Geschäft.
Grundvoraussetzungen
  • Ähnliche Erfahrung in den Funktionen des Assistant Managers (innerhalb einer Mode/Lifestyle-Marke bevorzugt).
  • Erfahrung im Coachen, Weiterentwickeln und Betreuen eines Einzelhandelsteams.
  • Verkaufsorientierte Einstellung und die Fähigkeit, andere zum Erreichen von Geschäftszielen und Vorgaben zu motivieren.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Rechnerische & Lese- und Schreibfähigkeiten.
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse - Erfahrung im Umgang mit Internet, E-Mail, Social Media-Anwendungen, Excel und EPOS Kassensystemen.
  • Operative und verwaltungstechnische Kompetenzen.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich.
