Job Description

At Advantest Europe GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Quality Engineer to join our team in Böblingen. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing, quality, and reliability of technically challenging PCAs throughout the outsourced supply chain.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain expertise in PCA-design, PCA-production, and automated test of PCAs within Advantest.
  • Perform cross-functional work with Supply Chain, R&D, Product Engineering, Finance, and Strategic Procurement teams.
  • Manage and drive PCA-Supplier selection, auditing, qualification, and development.
  • Resolve technical issues on PCA-level.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master or University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or equivalent.
  • Profound knowledge of design, manufacturing, and test of PCAs with at least three years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills in solving technical issues, both remotely and with partners.
  • Strong team-player with ability to work across different cultures.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Strong self-management, coordination, and communication skills.
